About This Project

A family run Building Company, turning over around £3.5million, and who have been running for over 100 years over 4 generations contacted us to assist them with keeping all their vital documentation in order. Being a well-established company and growing all the time they did not have time to take on extra administration duties so approached us.

We introduced them to ComplianceManaged® and showed them the ways our system could benefit their company, saving them both time and money in the long run.

ComplianceManaged® has been set up to keep all compliance documentation up to date and in one place, highlighting when accreditations are due for renewal and having everything at hand to complete it. Making Audits and reviews more efficient. Each module is personalised to the clients needs making sure each member of staff can only see what their job role allows them to see.

As part of their monthly subscription to our Advanced Plus package we manage their accreditation renewals and have also added a number of their subcontractors onto the system so they can monitor the necessary paperwork for this contractors to be used on works. This has made the subcontractor vetting process more streamlined and efficient for them and they are not reliant on chasing on email for certificates and documentation during contract delivery as items expire.
