We were approached by a local family-run company which provides commercial and domestic cleaning services in the region. They needed help with completing bid submissions, which our sister company, Bid & Tender Support provided, as well as help organising all their compliance requirements. This is where KCS Compliance Services stepped in.
While spending time identifying where their documentation had gaps, it became clear that the team spent most of their time operational. No one had time to be in the office managing documentation and ensuring renewals were kept on top of. We introduced them to our software ComplianceManaged, which provides automated email alerts, dashboard displays and a one-stop service for storing and managing compliance documentation.
When helped them gather all their documents and information together so their ComplianceManaged® portal could be populated. When doing this we also noticed some essential policies were missing. We provided the support they needed to create the missing policies and ensure everything was up to date. We also created a bespoke training module within the portal to track individual employee qualifications, which provided alerts 30 days before a qualification or training needed updating.
ComplianceManaged® has helped the client save time managing, storing and tracking documents, certificates and policies. They have been able to see very quickly how the ComplianceManaged® portal benefits the business and helps them run more efficiently and secure in the knowledge that the system will flag up when a policy or certificate soon needs renewing.
