We were recently approached by a Safety Solutions Company who following a recent external Audit by BSI had a number of issues and gaps within their existing QMS which they wanted to rectify. Following an initial scoping meeting as to how we could help it was agreed that we would undertake an initial half day review of the Company documentation and advise on improvements and changes to be made.
With the Coronavirus outbreak and subsequent lockdown our business review had to take place remotely. This still enabled us to discuss the documentation with the business owner and provide a comprehensive report and feedback on improvements and changes to made. The objective of the exercise was to simplify and improve the system to make it easier to update and manage on an ongoing basis.
Since the Business Review Report has been sent back to the Client they have started to implement changes themselves with our support and guidance.
